The championship-level course challenges golfers to select the right club and balance risk and reward on every shot. Each hole is unique, with no parallel fairways. The distinctive features of the course include large tees and greens, bentgrass fairways, and an abundant natural water supply that keeps the course in prime condition throughout the season.

Built in 1987, Blue Heron Hills Golf Club was designed by Peter Craig and Dick Bator, with advice from developer Nelson Leenhouts and a team of landscape architects, environmentalists, and golf professionals, including Jack Nicklaus. As a championship-level course, Blue Heron Hills has been a regular venue for exhibitions, charity tournaments, and top amateur competitions.

The Club House

Gracing the spectacular grounds of Blue Heron Hills, is a beautiful two-story clubhouse designed by architect Robert Macon.  The clubhouse features a banquet facility on its upper level, and a pub-style restaurant, pro shop and oak-appointed locker rooms on its lower level.

The Pub at Blue Heron Hills is open to the public and offers a full lunch and dinner menu in a comfortable and friendly atmosphere.  With a bar, fireplace and outdoor patio overlooking the manicured grounds and lakes of Blue Heron Hills, it is the perfect place for patrons to enjoy a satisfying meal and casual conversation.
